Terms and conditions
This agreement contains the entire terms and conditions of your membership with Imperion Infomedia who provides services for web development, CMS development, front-end development, HTML5 & PWA, open-source development, iOS/ Android mobile application, application development for wearables and IOT, blockchain application development or content writing.Imperion Infomedia, as used in this protocol. Ltd and "Client," "you," or "your" means you. You accept the Agreement read and agree to its terms and conditions, as well as all policies posted on the Imperion Infomedia website. 'Imperion Infomedia Site' refers to a site which you can find on https:/www.imperioninfomedia.com URL or at any other Imperion Infomedia successor. Under the following terms and conditions, the entire services provided by Imperion Infomedia to their esteemed customers operate.
Acceptance If a customer wants to take our services, then he or she will have to meet the terms and conditions and will have agreed to them in full. So, please take your time and carefully read these terms and conditions. Any purchase or use of our services means that you read our terms and conditions and have agreed to them.
Charges A project invoice obtained by the Client via e-mail specifies payments for vital services supplied by Imperion Infomedia. Quotations shall be valid maximum for 30 days. After the end of the 30 days, Imperion Infomedia reserves the right to alter or reject the quote. Service payment is due either by cheque or transferral. Cheques should be made payable to Imperion Infomedia and sent to Imperion Infomedia Ltd. Bank details that will be available on invoices.
Client Review In the development phase when the entire website production is finished, Imperion Infomedia will provide the Customer with the opportunity to check the layout and contents. Such deals will be considered accepted as well as approved when the project is completed and sent to you; otherwise, after receiving the project, the client must inform Imperion Infomedia in less than ten days.
Turnaround Time and Content Control Imperion Infomedia will be committed to delivering the project by the deadline indicated in the contract, or at the date agreed to with consumers. We can also demand from you to provide some highlighted material of the website, such as text, photographs, films, and sound recordings that you want to add to your site.
Failure to provide required website content Imperion Infomedia make sure that our work is undertaken at the designated time. For this, occasional offers and inquiries that we receive on our projects may have to be rejected to make sure your work is done at the promised time.
Payment Upon delivery, but before the release of the final website, the Imperion Infomedia will be sending invoices. Usually, Invoices are sent by email, but customers are also allowed to decide if they want to receive hard copy invoices.
Additional Expenses The consumer acknowledges the charge for any additional costs required to complete the project by Imperion Infomedia. For instance, it may include purchasing different fonts, images in stock, etc.
Termination A written notice must be required upon the termination of services by the customer, and the termination letter will be active over the receipt of the notice. Except for written confirmation, telephone requests to terminate the services will not comply.
Liability Imperion Infomedia, at this moment, excludes itself, its Agents and Employees from all and any liability from:

- Loss or damage caused by any inaccuracy;
